Hye and assalamualaikum. How are you today? I hope you guys fine. Okay. Today I'm gonna share a few tips on diet. Actually, I'm working on it. I'm still working on it. I always gained weight and now I always in a bad condition. You know, I always sick and now I'm sick of being fat. So sick of it. So today, I got a few tips and I think I'm gonna share with you guys and maybe it will help you guys a bit. For true, I'm on diet. I try a few new things such as poco- poco dance. Drinks about 3 bottles of mineral water. I mean each bottle contain about 760 ml. So, I drink a little bit more than the suggestion one. And yaa, I cut my breakfast and I eat my brunch. You know, breakfast + lunch. I eat half. I mean before this, I eat 5 bread and now I eat 3 bread. I cut my breakfast and I change it to brunch. I cut at least 1/3 a plate of rice. I think it work on me. Now I lose about 1 kilogram in 3 days. Hehe. Although it 1 kilo, I really proud of it. So yaa this is a few tips that I got from somewhere.
